About The Position

Array Behavioral Care is seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) licensed in Virginia to provide high-quality teletherapy services in a fully remote setting, as a W2 employee with full support, stability, and benefits. The role involves delivering care through a HIPAA-compliant platform from a private, secure space, with a focus on continuity of care and long-term therapeutic relationships. The company offers licensure support, covering costs and guiding clinicians through the administrative process for obtaining licensure in high-demand states. Requirements

Active license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)
Independent practice eligibility (no provisional licenses)
1–3 years of post-licensure experience
Tech-savvy and comfortable with virtual platforms
A private, confidential workspace

Responsibilities

Provide virtual therapy and counseling to individuals across diverse backgrounds
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
Maintain accurate, timely documentation
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a secure, remote setting
