Schedule: Part-Time | 12 hours per week Thursday Night Shift (18:45 - 0715) About Us - Nursing Resources The Nursing Resources team works closely together in a cohesive environment We work alongside charge nurses and leaders to assign staff and patients to appropriate units to ensure the best patient care Our Nursing Resources team consists of Bed Control Specialists, Staffing Coordinators and Direct Call Specialists serving Freeman West and Freeman East. What You’ll Do Monitors for patient safety, communicates concerns with care team, and documents behaviors. As the only locally owned, not-for-profit health system in the area, Freeman focuses on meeting the health and wellness needs of those we serve as well as the needs of our employees. Freeman in Joplin, Missouri, is a 460-bed, three-hospital system providing comprehensive healthcare services to an area that includes more than 450,000 from Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Kansas.
