Role Overview As a Telesales Representative, you will connect with individuals via scheduled phone calls who have expressed interest in learning more about financial programs. Your responsibility is to clearly explain available options, guide prospects through the next steps, and maintain accurate follow-up records. This is NOT a customer service position.
