About The Position

Responsible for placing wagers into a computerized wagering system through telephone communications with account holders.

Requirements

  • 6 months customer service experience, either retail or telephone
  • Computer literate with good keyboard skills and a working knowledge of PCs
  • Excellent customer care skills with a minimum of 6 months experience
  • Confident and polite telephone manner
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time and talk or hear.
  • The employee should be able to speak in a concise manner.
  • The employee is required to use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
  • The employee will be frequently looking at a computer screen for the entirety of their shift.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer betting requests in a prompt and efficient manner
  • Respond to customer queries via phone and any other means communication means that may be introduced to accommodate business needs.
  • Process Customer transactions through our computerized betting system.
  • Register new customer account details while ensuring first class service.
  • And any other duties needed to help drive to our vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by our organization’s values.
