About The Position

Texoma Medical Center, a 414-bed acute care facility has been providing quality health care to the residents of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma since 1965. Responds to incoming calls in a timely manner, directs caller to appropriate line demonstrating smooth, clear, and courteous professional communication practices.

Requirements

  • Requires at least 1 year of PBX or customer service experience requiring extensive phone work.
  • Reading and numerical competency.
  • Requires the ability to fluently speak and understand English.
  • Must have the ability to perform calmly, competently and quickly in emergency situations.
  • Ability to clearly articulate applicable information in a calm, competent and expeditious manner.
  • Able to consistently handle stressful situations with professionalism and utilizes sound judgement.
  • Must have excellent keyboard/computer skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous hospital experience strongly preferred.
