About The Position

Your Key Responsibilities Direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments and personnel within the property's telephone system. Greet callers in a professional manner and provide courteous assistance with call routing and general inquiries. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of emergency procedures and protocols to ensure proper response during critical situations. Receive emergency calls and promptly connect callers with security and maintenance teams to facilitate rapid response and resolution.

Requirements

• Minimum one (1) year of professional experience with telephone switchboard systems, multi-line phone systems, or customer service operations.
• Proficiency in English required.
• Demonstrated typing proficiency of at least 30 words per minute with competent personal computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in call routing and information management.
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods during assigned shifts.
• Commitment to obtaining and maintaining all required certifications and licenses as specified for this position.

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
