Services include emergency services and freestanding emergency department, general and robotic surgery, maternity care, breast health, cardiology, orthopedic surgery, stroke, sleep medicine, urology and wound care. The shift hours are as follows: Friday 3pm-11pm, Saturday 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm and Sunday 7am-3pm. General Responsibilities: Handles overhead paging system and uses beeper system when appropriate. Assists ER Registration staff as requested. Maintains good public relations with hospital personnel, physicians and their staff, insurance companies, and patients. Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, customer service skills, and strong leadership are required. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum, high school diploma
  • One year experience in PBX, Customer Service or related field
  • On the job training with seasoned employee
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills and customer service skills required.
  • Able to type 30 WPM with accuracy in spelling.
  • Able to handle stressful situations.
  • Must be flexible in work schedule.

Responsibilities
