Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • TC I: A minimum of six months of customer service experience is required. Call center experience, including experience with a financial institution or similar industry, is preferred.
  • TC II: A minimum of one year of customer service experience is required. Call center experience, including experience with a financial institution or similar industry, is preferred.
  • TC III: A minimum of three years of customer service experience is required. Call center experience, including experience with a financial institution or similar industry, is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serving as the first point of contact, handling inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and confidence
  • Resolving member inquiries and transactions accurately and efficiently—right on the call
  • Processing routine account transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, official checks, and opening certificates of deposit
  • Supporting multiple call queues (Account Information + at least one additional skill area such as Loan Inquiry, Card Information, or Technical Assistance)
  • Identifying opportunities to cross‑sell products that truly meet member needs
  • Consistently achieving monthly goals for member experience, quality, efficiency, and schedule adherence
  • Protecting member and company assets by following all security, authorization, and compliance standards
  • Actively participating in team meetings, sales programs, contests, and department initiatives
