About The Position

Telemetry Technician - Cardiac Telemetry at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. This posting represents a .6 FTE, day shift opening (7am-7:30pm, 2, 12 hour shifts per week) with rotating weekends. Lyra Caregiver Assistance program- Up to 25 counseling or coaching sessions per eligible member per year The Tech-Monitor under the supervision and delegation of the Registered Nurse, has the responsibility for monitoring, documenting, and reporting the ECG activity of patients on the telemetry unit. Requirements

• Coursework/Training - Satisfactory completion of a Medical terminology course or equivalent educ/experience.
• Coursework/Training - Completion of a basic ECG course, or completion within 30 days of hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
