Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) eligible to practice in the U.S.
- Licensed in multiple states
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in neuro, geriatrics, or mental health
- Comfortable with digital tools and eager to learn new tech (training provided!)
- Strong communication skills for remote engagement
- Access to a private, distraction-free home office and dependable internet
Nice To Haves
- Prior telehealth or remote care experience
- Experience with VR platforms or digital therapeutics
- A growth mindset and curiosity for emerging healthcare technology
Responsibilities
- Deliver Impactful, Tech-Enhanced Care:
- Conduct telehealth evaluations using cutting-edge VR tools designed for clinical accuracy and engagement
- Design personalized treatment plans to enhance functional independence, motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities
- Lead virtual sessions that are as effective as they are enjoyable for patients of all ages
- Collaborate for Holistic Outcomes:
- Partner with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to drive therapy goals
- Provide patient and family education, fostering understanding and empowerment
- Communicate progress updates clearly and consistently
- Stay Organized and Compliant:
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans per industry standards
- Adhere to telehealth best practices, HIPAA compliance, and all state and federal regulations
