Requirements

Active NP license in CA, OR, NY, or PA
Minimum 2 years NP experience (neuro or primary care preferred)
Comfortable with telehealth and EMR tools
Independent, reliable, and responsive
Solid broadband and quiet workspace

Prior neurodegenerative or chronic disease experience
