About The Position
We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide ongoing psychotherapy in a fully remote care model. This position involves meeting with clients regularly, identifying mental health needs, applying therapeutic interventions, and documenting clinical progress. The work is centered on routine sessions, thoughtful care planning, and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Active Montana LCPC, LMFT, LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work
- Experience delivering mental health therapy
- Strong time management and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a consistent caseload remotely
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth therapy to assigned clients
- Conduct assessments and establish treatment direction
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support clients through behavioral and emotional challenges
- Follow established care and safety protocols
