About The Position
Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Location: Illinois Position Overview This role provides direct mental health treatment to adults through scheduled virtual sessions. You’ll focus on assessment, therapy, and progress tracking while working within a clear clinical structure that supports quality care and consistent outcomes. Requirements
- Active Illinois mental health license (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW)
- Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
- Experience providing outpatient therapy services
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Secure, private environment for remote clinical work
Responsibilities
- Deliver individual therapy sessions via telehealth
- Assess client needs and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Complete clinical notes and required documentation
- Follow Illinois licensing and telehealth guidelines
- Collaborate with clinical leadership when needed
