The Telehealth Coordinator is responsible for addressing client, patient and/or provider inquiries via email, fax, telephonic, or written correspondence, ensuring adherence to contractual and state guidelines as well as client instructions. Telehealth Coordinator I agent will gather information from either the provider, injured worker, employer, or other related, relevant source and input information into the system in order to schedule appointments as necessary for treatment. This is a remote role. The work shifts for this role are as follows: Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM EST Saturday to Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST
