Requirements
- LPN-MO & KS
- drivers license
- chauffeurs license to drive company vehicle for telehealth deliveries M-Th each week, then work from home monitoring HRS every other Sat & Sun
- Every Friday off, there is some flexibility with this schedule, but still would require weekend work
- Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year
Responsibilities
- Installation of telehealth monitors in patient homes
- Monitoring of biometrics every other weekend and coverage for high volume, vacation times
- Assist with troubleshooting monitors
- Clean, restock, and keep track of inventory
- Chart in medical records and HRS program when indicated
- Contact physicians for patient concerns, vital signs outside of parameters and receive and write any new orders received from physicians
- Assign visits in EPIC scheduling as indicated
