About The Position

Do you have a heart for health care? Saint Luke's Home Care is seeking a Telehealth LPN to join our team. Assist RN with Telehealth monitoring and installations.

Requirements

• LPN-MO & KS
• drivers license
• chauffeurs license to drive company vehicle for telehealth deliveries M-Th each week, then work from home monitoring HRS every other Sat & Sun
• Every Friday off, there is some flexibility with this schedule, but still would require weekend work
• Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year

Responsibilities

• Installation of telehealth monitors in patient homes
• Monitoring of biometrics every other weekend and coverage for high volume, vacation times
• Assist with troubleshooting monitors
• Clean, restock, and keep track of inventory
• Chart in medical records and HRS program when indicated
• Contact physicians for patient concerns, vital signs outside of parameters and receive and write any new orders received from physicians
• Assign visits in EPIC scheduling as indicated
