About The Position

Telecommunications Program Analyst The Opportunity: As a project management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of our client's strategy. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft tools and regular interactions with SMEs, technical directors, engineers, and contracting officers. The real impact of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience working in a professional environment
  • Experience with serving as an advisor to upper-level management
  • Experience with optical telecommunications project management
  • Experience with assisting and supporting the development of recommended and required program documentation according to DoD regulations and directives
  • Experience with planning, coordinating, and developing comprehensive reports to improve the overall development and execution of organizational programs
  • Experience with conducting quantitative or qualitative analysis and evaluation of programs and providing management with information about improving initiatives and strategic plans
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with editing and writing technical articles, publications, or presentations
  • Experience with creating project management plans
  • Knowledge of project financials
  • Knowledge of the DoD acquisition process
  • Ability to write technical specifications, reports, brochures, or manuals for internal documentation, customer reference or publication
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively on research findings, technical developments, and other information to a wide range of external audiences
  • Project Management Professional Certification
