About The Position
Strategic Operational Solutions, Inc. (STOPSO) seeks a Telecommunications Engineering Specialist for system implementation, Operations and Maintenance (O&M), and troubleshooting of telecommunications infrastructure, including Service Desk Support, A/V, VTC, voice, data, and mobile device systems, supporting Military Customer service continuity and upgrades.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience supporting telecom infrastructure (voice, data, video)
- Active Secret security clearance or higher
- Security+ and Microsoft Office Specialist certifications required
Nice To Haves
- Experience with DoW or Army telecommunications systems
- ITIL Foundations certification
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field
- Familiarity with Army conference and remote/alternate-site support environments
