About The Position
The Telecom Specialist assists and serves as primary engineer and administrator for Telco administration, project management, maintenance services and related duties to support high quality operations to serve our members across all business lines (roadside, travel, insurance, and administration).
Requirements
- Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience specific to Telephony installation, troubleshooting, programming phone system applications, and VOIP systems, preferably in a Mitel environment.
- Strong understanding of policy, compliance, and best practice IT principles.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Demonstrated self-starter, ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong detail-management and organizational skills with experience prioritizing multiple, simultaneous projects for various stakeholders.
Nice To Haves
- Previous IT Help desk experience a plus.
