The Telecommunications Engineer is responsible for the design, coordination, and delivery of structured cabling, fiber, and telecommunications infrastructure for hyperscale and enterprise data center environments. This role serves as the technical authority for telecom systems, ensuring designs meet industry standards, client requirements, and operational best practices. The position requires BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification, widely recognized as the gold standard in telecommunications design. While a Professional Engineer (PE) license is not required, the RCDD credential establishes this role as a trusted design authority for large-scale data center infrastructure projects. The engineer will work closely with internal engineering disciplines, construction teams, and customers to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-performance telecom solutions.
