About The Position

We are seeking a Telecommunications Analyst II to support the Disconnect Coordination Team (DCT). This role is responsible for executing and managing telecom disconnect activities across the organization to ensure cost savings and accurate telecom inventory management. The analyst will submit and track disconnect orders, maintain billing accuracy, and ensure all cost reductions are properly documented and reported. Collaboration This role works closely with internal teams including sourcing, digital/IT teams, and site contacts, as well as external telecom vendors and carriers. The candidate must be comfortable communicating project updates, coordinating across stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant telecommunications experience.
• Experience working with legacy telecommunications services, including data circuits and analog dial tone.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications billing, inventory management, and service tracking.
• Experience managing disconnect orders and tracking telecom service changes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Submit and manage telecom disconnect orders through Tangoe TEM.
• Track disconnect orders from submission through completion.
• Maintain accurate telecom inventory and billing records.
• Analyze telecom usage and identify opportunities for service disconnections.
• Validate realized savings and ensure cost reductions are properly documented.
• Provide reporting updates to ensure accurate financial tracking of telecom services.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of disconnect activities.
