Get to Know Your Team: Portneuf Medical Center (PMC) is a nationally recognized healthcare leader with 205 beds, serving as the region's Level II Trauma Center and tertiary referral hospital and is home to the Portneuf Heart and Vascular Institute, Portneuf Cancer Center, Portneuf Medical Group and Portneuf Air Rescue. PMC has a Level III neonatal intensive care unit, an adult intensive care unit, nationally recognized orthopedic services, a full suite of cardiac care, Center of Excellence recognized surgeons, imaging, primary and specialty care.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated supervisory skills leading individuals through positive leadership.

PBX operator experience.

Responsibilities

Accountable for working with the Department Director to provide twenty-four-hour oversight of the PBX operators, including staff recruitment/retention, policy/procedure, staffing, time and attendance/payroll, performance improvement, staff development, resource management, and program development.
