About The Position

The Service Supervisor oversees the daily operation of the Service Call Center ensuring excellent customer service performance expectations are met or exceeded.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Minimum of two years customer call center experience at least one year of which supervisory in nature

Responsibilities

  • Providing support to the Service Manager
  • Assisting in the prompt resolution of any guest service issues by supervising or personally handling the recovery
  • Monitoring incoming call volumes, training, maintaining time and attendance records, conducting employee performance evaluations, responding to emergencies and notifying appropriate departments
  • Completing Telecom Convention billing
  • Assisting with the compilation of CMS reports
