About The Position

As a Telecom Design Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of new telecom projects for our company. You will work closely with our engineering, sales, and operations teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing project resources, communicating project progress to stakeholders, and resolving any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, telecommunications, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the telecommunications industry
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from conception to completion
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Nice To Haves

PMP certification is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and design of new telecom projects, including defining project scope, timelines, and budget
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are aligned with business objectives
Manage project resources, including team members, equipment, and materials, to ensure project success
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and other departments
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure timely and successful project delivery
Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements
Conduct project reviews and make recommendations for process improvements
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes and techniques
