Tele-Sitter Monitor Tech
About The Position
SUMMARY OF JOB: The tele-sitter monitor technician utilizing the Avosure Tele-sitter technology will monitor and interact with patients identified as low to moderate suicide risk, high risk for falls or self-harm. The tele-sitter technology utilizes a video camera in the patient's room and a two-way audio system. The tele-sitter monitor technician immediately notifies the proper nursing personnel of any patient behavior that may result in self-harm. Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED. Must be able to provide official proof of diploma or an official transcript of completion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner
- Ability to focus on multiple patients on multiple screens
- Completion of annual stroke education
