Your day as a Teen Director As the Full Time Teen Director, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing daily programming tailored to engage and support teens in the community. Your day-to-day activities will include planning and facilitating age-appropriate activities, workshops, and events that promote leadership, teamwork, and personal development. You will actively supervise teen participants to ensure a safe and positive environment while fostering relationships with both youth and their families. Collaboration with other team members will be crucial, as you’ll coordinate efforts to create impactful community outreach initiatives. Regularly assessing program effectiveness and gathering feedback from participants will also be part of your role, helping to shape future offerings.
