#MIP: Me, In Progress is a dynamic Teen Wellness Program designed to enhance the well-being of adolescents through connection, exploration, and mental health support. #MIP offers a variety of wellness-focused activities and therapeutic modalities—including yoga, outdoor recreation, art, and other experiential programming—while fostering meaningful peer relationships and emotional growth. The ultimate goal of #MIP is to equip youth with the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to thrive in the face of adversity and navigate life’s challenges with strength and self-awareness. The Director of #MIP provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Teen Wellness Program, serving as the central point of contact for youth, families, and community partners. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Mental Health Services, the Director plays a key role in advancing the program’s mission through strategic planning, partnership development, program innovation, and team leadership. This role is ideal for a mission-driven leader who is passionate about teen mental health, excels in relationship-building, and brings a collaborative, forward-thinking approach to program growth and sustainability.
