About The Position
As a Teen Development Professional at the Boys and Girls Club of Truckee Meadows (BGCTM), you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children while enjoying a fun and fulfilling school-year job. Requirements
- Minimum of 21 years old
- Provide three references. Professional references are preferred if you have work experience. If not, non-family members over 18 who can speak to your character and professionalism are acceptable.
- Complete a drug screening for any illegal substances, a background check, and a fingerprint check.

- You are interested in pursuing a career in education or childcare (e.g., HDFS, CDA, Education, Counseling, etc.).
- You have a passion for building a stronger, better community.

Responsibilities
