Requirements

• Experience using at least one legacy TechSIGINT application such as MARTES/FIS-MARTES, CATS, DEL, WEBENGRAFT, FISNET, FISMARKET, TEBAG, PacketSwing, STK, DVT, TASMANIA, CHAUEE, REDHAWK, MEERKAT, or ESP
• Experience analyzing technical signal data and producing intelligence findings
• Experience working with SIGINT tools and mission-specific analytic applications
• Knowledge of TechSIGINT collection methodologies and signal characterization techniques
• Ability to analyze complex technical signals and identify relevant intelligence information
• Ability to document analytic findings and communicate results to mission stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a SIGINT analysis team in operational environments
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, Communications, Computer Science and 5+ years of experience with Technical SIGINT (TechSIGINT) analysis in ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA, or COMEXT mission areas or HS Diploma or GED and 9+ years of experience with Technical SIGINT (TechSIGINT) analysis in ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA, or COMEXT mission areas
