About The Position
Technology Transfer Analyst, Senior The Opportunity: Apply expert knowledge of U.S. export control policies , International Traffic in Arms Regulations ( ITAR ) , Export Administration Regulations ( EAR ) , and the Department of Defense’s ( DoD ) Technology Security and Foreign Disclosure process to customer problem-sets. Research, analyze, assess, and provide recommendations on the transfer of military and dual-use technologies to foreign countries. Staff technology transfer requests with DoD stakeholder organizations. Process exceptions to the National Disclosure Policy , as required. You Have: 6+ years of experience working in support of a federal government agency Knowledge of U.S. export control policies and regulations, and international export control regimes to which the United States is a sig nato ry Knowledge of DoD technology transfer stakeholders and processes Top Secret clearance Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in security cooperation (SC) and security assistance ( SA ) , or 10+ years of experience in SC and SA in lieu of a degree
Requirements
