About The Position

The Opportunity: Apply expert knowledge of U.S. export control policies, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and the Department of Defense’s (DoD) Technology Security and Foreign Disclosure process to customer problem-sets. Research, analyze, assess, and provide recommendations on the transfer of military and dual-use technologies to foreign countries. Staff technology transfer requests with DoD stakeholder organizations. Process exceptions to the National Disclosure Policy, as required.

Requirements

3+ years of experience working in support of a federal government agency
Knowledge of U.S. export control policies and regulations
Knowledge of DoD technology transfer stakeholders and processes
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in Security Cooperation (SC) or Security Assistance (SA), or 10+ years of experience in Security Cooperation (SC) or Security Assistance (SA) in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting a Military Department or Service Headquarters organization
TS/SCI clearance
Master’s degree
Defense Institute for Security Cooperation Studies (DISCS) or Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) Training Certification
