About The Position

Technology Transfer Analyst, Mid Key Role: Apply expert knowledge of U.S. export control policies , International Traffic in Arms Regulations ( ITAR ) , Export Administration Regulations ( EAR ) , and the Department of Defense’s ( DoD ) Technology Security and Foreign Disclosure process to customer problem-sets. Research, analyze, assess, and provide recommendations on the transfer of military and dual-use technologies to foreign countries. Staff technology transfer requests with DoD stakeholder organizations. Process exceptions to the National Disclosure Policy , as required.

Requirements

3+ years of experience working in support of a federal government agency
Knowledge of U.S. export control policies and regulations
Knowledge of DoD technology transfer stakeholders and processes
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in Security Cooperation or Security Assistance ( SC / SA ) , or 10+ years of experience in Security Cooperation or Security Assistance ( SC / SA ) in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting a Military Department or Service Headquarters organization
TS / SCI clearance
Master’s degree
Defense Institute for Security Cooperation Studies ( DISCS ) or Defense Security Cooperation University ( DSCU ) Training Certifications

Responsibilities
