About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented Technology Trainer with prior helpdesk experience and a background in professional services environments (preferably law firms) to support the adoption and effective use of technology across the organization. This role is responsible for developing and delivering end-user training, providing hands-on support, and serving as a bridge between IT and business users This role is fully onsite in Baltimore MD

Requirements

  • 5+ years related work experience
  • Law Firm or other Professional Services background required
  • Help desk/desktop support experience

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver technology training programs for attorneys, professional staff, and administrative personnel.
  • Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for software applications, systems, and firm technology tools.
  • Provide individual and group training sessions in-person and virtually.
  • Create and maintain training materials, user guides, videos, and knowledge base documentation.
  • Respond to user inquiries related to software, hardware, and systems usage.
  • Support rollouts of new systems, upgrades, and technology initiatives.
  • Track training participation, user adoption, and effectiveness metrics.
