About The Position

Provide technical support in the development and maintenance of Credit Union systems for account opening, loan origination, digital banking, networking, information security, as well as various systems and hardware used by staff. Provide support to departments in the development, implementation, and installation of upgrades, updates, and new projects relating to hardware, systems, and technology infrastructure. Serve as backup to the Technology Systems Specialist. Provide Technology Operations Department administrative support as needed.

  • Working knowledge of Credit Union systems and platforms (e.g. Symitar Episys)
  • Working knowledge of SQL

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support in the development and maintenance of Credit Union systems
