In this pivotal role, you’ll act as a technical lead, managing network and systems administration, troubleshooting issues, and supporting new technology implementations. You’ll collaborate with staff and vendors, resolve help desk requests, and ensure our systems are consistent, compliant, and ready to meet the needs of our mission-driven work.
