About The Position

At CTSI, we are seeking a Technology Strategy Analyst (in other companies this person could hold the title of IT Strategy Consultant, Business Technology Analyst, or Technical Account Coordinator), to join our on-site Technology Consulting team in Lubbock, Texas. In this role, you will conduct data-driven business reviews with clients, collaborate with our sales teams, and develop strategic, forward-looking IT roadmaps. You’ll gather and analyze data, generate reports, and lead business review presentations that align clients’ technology with their business goals. Additionally, you will create and maintain Excel spreadsheets shared across the team and develop Power BI dashboards. To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and analytical skills, a proactive and strategic mindset, and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights. Experience in a customer-facing role, business consulting, or technology strategy is highly valued. You should be comfortable working with large Excel spreadsheets. While Power BI will be used in this role, on-the-job training will be provided if you are not already familiar with the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and conducting business reviews with clients and internal team members while maintaining this schedule in an Excel spreadsheet.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to support business review reporting.
  • Attend and occasionally lead client-facing meetings to deliver insights and IT lifecycle planning.
  • Designing and managing value-driven reporting tools and frameworks, including the creation of Power BI dashboards
  • Documenting meeting minutes and coordinating follow-up actions.
