Technology Strategy Analyst
About The Position
The Technology Strategy Analyst (Early Career) supports Minth California’s Strategy & Foresight function by researching, structuring, and analyzing technology, market, and ecosystem signals across robotics, AI infrastructure, energy, and other non-automotive domains. This is a hands-on analytical role designed for an early-career candidate with engineering background, offering direct exposure to real-world technology strategy, customer signals, and investment logic, under close guidance from senior leadership. This is a hands-on, learning-intensive role, designed to develop strategic judgment through structured execution, under close guidance from senior leadership.
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Strong analytical and structured thinking ability
- Ability to work with ambiguous information and produce clear outputs
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
