About The Position

Collaborate with internal technology teams (infrastructure, applications, architecture) to resolve technical challenges and ensure seamless service integration Develop detailed IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports Persuade and influence others through and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills Develop and host training sessions to address knowledge gaps Review and update the Compute Service Delivery PCM for work efforts managed through Jira Identify opportunities for operational efficiency, automation, and process enhancements within service delivery Analyze Voice of Employee results and drive forums to develop and implement improvement plans

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in Technology Operations/IT Project Management with 2 years in an enterprise environment
  • Proficiency with all MS Office/M365 Products (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Motivated self-starter possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and operational efficiency
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver under tight timelines
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a history of successfully aligning technology services with business strategy
  • Ability to handle critical escalations and major incidents in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Experience developing and executing audit processes to ensure policy adherence
  • Understanding of SDLC is highly preferred
  • Working knowledge or experience with JIRA and Confluence is a big plus
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
