This role is built for driven, motivated people who may not have sales experience but have the work ethic and character to thrive. You’ll receive: 8 weeks of paid, hands-on sales training — no experience required A dedicated sales coach throughout your first year Ongoing development to help you master technology, sales strategy, and communication Access to technical experts to support customer conversations Step-by-step guidance as you build confidence in a high-activity, cold-calling environment A supportive culture that rewards hustle, integrity, and personal accountability — especially important in remote work

Requirements

  • A disciplined, self-motivated work ethic — you thrive with clear goals and accountability
  • The ability to stay focused, organized, and productive in a remote setting
  • Excellent communication skills: listening, speaking, and writing
  • A natural ability to build relationships and make people feel comfortable
  • Curiosity, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to learn
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Make 60+ outbound prospecting calls each day to introduce Connection and build your book of business
  • Develop strong, trust-based relationships with contacts across multiple organizations
  • Learn to uncover customer challenges and present meaningful, value-driven solutions
  • Confidently ask for the business as your skills develop
  • Partner with Connection Subject Matter Experts to enhance customer conversations
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure every customer receives a “Best in Class” experience
  • Use modern sales tools to research prospects, personalize outreach, and deliver high-value messaging
