About The Position

Susquehanna is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team that manages large institutional orders using a mix of third-party and custom in-house software. You will collaborate with trading, development, and engineering teams to deliver new functionality and system enhancements. Manage projects and deliverables, keeping internal teams and external partners informed throughout. Support initiatives that enable high-speed processing of large data volumes across technologies such as .NET, Python, and C++. Drive software delivery and system enhancements using agile methodologies suited to each project. Oversee exchange-driven changes to ensure timely system updates. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; technical concentration preferred.
• Experience in financial services, particularly institutional trading or brokerage systems, is strongly preferred.
• 3–10 years of experience in application/system implementation and technical project management.
• Strong understanding of SDLC; experience with Kanban or Scrum preferred.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
• Solid grasp of technical workflows.
• Knowledge of scripting (Python, Shell).
• Ability to work independently and eagerness to learn.
• Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

• PMP certification is a plus.
