About The Position

As a Technology Project Manager, you will make an impact by driving the delivery, optimization, and lifecycle management of clinical technologies that support critical study operations. You will be a valued member of the clinical technology and operations team, collaborating closely with cross‑functional partners, system owners, and vendor stakeholders to ensure high‑quality, compliant, and scalable technology solutions. In this role, you will: Own and oversee the implementation, maintenance, and ongoing optimization of clinical technologies to meet study requirements. Ensure strong system design practices, high data integrity, and minimal rework through proactive planning and governance. Manage integrations, enhancements, and validated change controls while maintaining robust documentation and compliance standards. Lead and coordinate all technology‑related deliverables, timelines, and cross‑functional communication. Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve technical issues to ensure business continuity and a seamless user experience.

Requirements

  • Experience managing technology projects, preferably within clinical operations, life sciences, or another highly regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of system lifecycle management, data integrity, and validated change control processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to triage technical issues and drive timely resolution.
  • Experience managing vendors and ensuring on‑time delivery of technical components.
  • Proficiency in technical skills such as Python, SQL, or Data Science, along with experience building dashboards.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience implementing or supporting clinical technologies (e.g., EDC, eCOA, eConsent, RTSM, CTMS, or similar platforms).
  • Background identifying automation opportunities and driving process improvements to reduce manual work.
  • Strong risk management mindset with the ability to identify issues early and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
  • Experience supporting end users, troubleshooting system challenges, and maintaining user satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CAPA processes and compliance with SOPs in regulated environments.
