Embrace innovation. Experience #LifeatRealChem. We’re seeking a Delivery Management Lead to drive the execution and evolution of our clients’ digital marketing ecosystem projects. This role serves as a technical anchor within the Technology team, aligning our client deliverables on implementation of marketing platforms, workflow processes, and data integration efforts. You'll work cross-functionally to solve problems, operationalize new processes, and develop standards for productization of technical processes. This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or Lambertville—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in digital marketing technical project management
  • Demonstrated success leading workflow/process improvement initiatives
  • Strong technical and business understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and associated tech/data infrastructure
  • Strong understanding and experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, and the practical strengths and weaknesses of each.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing environments
  • Fluent in JIRA, MS Office and Copilot
  • Resourceful problem-solver: Understands no job is too big or too small. And thrives in ambiguity to find ways to keep projects moving.
  • Technically fluent: Can explain complex technical architecture concepts in clear, simple terms.
  • Organized and self-directed: Prioritizes workload independently and meets deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Project Manager maintaining tech team status, communication and tracking deliverables for project team members.
  • Collaborate with Account Services, Finance and Technology Engineering teams to build WBS, plan technical scenarios, and track risks and issues
  • Conduct client status calls and track all client deliverables
  • Accountable for maintaining technical design documentation, process workflows, RACI matrices.
  • Manage delivery timelines: Should be familiar with technologies and integrations we typically deliver to clients: Email CRM (SFMC, Marketo, Hubspot), Website development and CMS’ (Drupal, Wordpress, .NET), Sales Management platforms (Veeva CRM/Vault), Data Privacy management (OneTrust)
  • Collaborating closely with technical teams on data management installations and maintenace: Familiarity with several SQL-based systems (Snowflake, AWS), API integrations (Boomi, JSON payloads) and understanding how these are utilized in marketing communication platforms.
  • Develop and maintain timelines, operational standards, checklists, and documentation for consistent execution.
  • Develop SOW’s for client requests, including deliverables, assumptions and staff estimates.
  • Assist in capturing business requirements from client meetings and documentation.
  • Work with business teams on productizing and improving technology implementation and execution best practices.
  • Serve as a digital translator across teams to ensure clarity, consistency, and risk awareness in all technical communications.
