Technology Project Manager
About The Position
As our Technology Project Manager, you will take ownership of technology-driven projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, within budget, and on schedule. You will lead the planning and coordination of technical resources, timelines, integrations, and deliverables, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet project goals. Your role involves proactively identifying technical and operational risks and resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring that quality standards are consistently met. Reporting directly to the Head of Technology, you will maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, translating technical details into actionable insights, and ensuring alignment across teams. This role requires strong technical acumen, leadership, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in technical project management, with demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Hands-on experience managing projects involving e-commerce platforms, integrations, or digital commerce initiatives required
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices; PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred
- Knowledge of PM tools (Monday.com, YouTrack) and familiarity with developer environments (Github, AWS).
- Understanding of technical concepts such as API’s, system integrations, data flows, and platform dependencies, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with adaptability and responsiveness

- Strong experience within logistics, supply chain, fulfillment, or a related industry preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage end-to-end technical project plans, timelines, and resources, ensuring smooth execution across systems and teams.
- Oversee technical requirements, systems integrations, APIs, and platform dependencies related to e-commerce and fulfillment workflows.
- Monitor budgets and allocate resources to meet project goals, deadlines, and technical requirements.
- Identify and resolve risks or issues to keep the project on track.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are aligned with company expectations.
- Work closely with all other departments, including senior management, logistics, customer service and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including scope, requirements, and change requests. Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
- Oversee project closure activities, including final delivery, validation, SOP rollout, and sign-off.
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate success, capture lessons learned, and identify areas for process and system improvements.
