Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech We are searching for the best talent for a Technology Programs Lead, PMO to support our Electrophysiology business. This role will work a Flex/Hybrid schedule with 3 days per week onsite in our Irvine, CA office . The Technology Programs Lead, PMO will manage and contribute to digital-related projects (for example, digital transformation efforts, software/tool implementations, and data-driven initiatives) and work cross-functionally to identify, shape and implement New Product Development process improvements that accelerate time-to-market, enhance quality, and increase development efficiency.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and skills to satisfactorily develop the responsibilities of the position.
  • Generally requires a minimum of 6 Years of Work Experience.
  • University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Basic data-analysis and visualization skills (Excel advanced functions, Power BI, or Tableau).
  • Exposure to product lifecycle tools (PLM) or configuration management system.
  • Internship, coursework, or project experience in digital technologies and/ or systems integration.

Responsibilities

  • Support / lead the implementation of digital projects and initiatives from initiation to completion, applying appropriate Project Management methodologies and practices.
  • Support data collection and exploratory analysis required for digital feature(s) implementation or AI model development.
  • Develop and manage MS Project timelines inclusive of all critical milestones, interdependencies and resource constraints.
  • Report timely updates via Project Templates and Dashboards; and develop agendas, minutes, metrics, etc.
  • Guide and execute applicable project activities to meet project and business objectives and milestones.
  • Excel at project execution, collaboration and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate expertise in project, change and process management, strong communication, and effective team leadership.
  • Identify and manage business impact and risks; proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to relevant stakeholders; lead development and delivery of tactical and achievable mitigation and contingency planning.
  • Lead maintenance and enhancement efforts of deployed solutions through stabilization, define stabilization criteria.
  • Define and implement training and hypercare strategy for projects to ensure successful adoption.
  • Support / lead the implementation of NPD process improvements while ensuring that Compliance requirements are met.
  • Write and maintain work instructions, standard operating procedures, and project documentation.
  • Lead "lessons learned" exercises, share lessons among teams and integrate them into existing processes.
  • Works with Quality Assurance/Quality Control to ensure that project deliverables and initiatives meet and/or exceeds both company and Federal quality standards.
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Performs other duties assigned as needed.
