About The Position

This is a rare opportunity to be part of the foundational team building the Cybersecurity Product Line at Sheetz. You will play a key leadership role, guiding Delivery Teams and collaborating closely with the Scrum Master to bring strategy to life, shaping how cybersecurity products are envisioned, built, and delivered across the organization. This role qualifies for a remote work arrangement within our 7 state footprint (PA, OH, MI, WV, VA, MD, NC). This position offers a base salary range of $86,708 - $144,513 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance. OVERVIEW Serves as the primary point of accountability and contact for assigned delivery teams work backlogs. Responsible to ensure the teams work efforts are defined, scoped, prioritized, planned, and completed in a manner that supports and advances the Product Management Team's plan and vision for associated products, initiatives, and projects. RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned) 1. Works with Strategic Resource Management (SRM), Product Managers, Architects, System Engineers and other stakeholders to consistently define and prioritize User Stories (US), Defects and other artifacts in their assigned delivery team(s)'s backlog. 2. Refine and prepare the team(s)'s backlog in support of quarterly - or release or program increment (PI) - planning, through collaboration with the delivery team(s) to determine PI objectives; and to define, clarify, and sequence US's in support of the specified objectives. Assist the team with inter-team coordination and US estimates as needed. 3. Review and (re)prioritize the team's backlog in support of sprint - or iteration - planning. Lead the team through sprint planning to include setting sprint objectives, scheduling US's and ensuring clarity and team alignment on the US deliverable - or definition of done - as well as the sprint plan in general. 4. Accountable for US creation and for assigned team(s)'s US's, to include prioritization, scheduling, and acceptance. 5. Collaborate with Architecture team, System Engineering team, and shared services such as Infrastructure, QA, and Support to coordinate, define and schedule enabler work - or non-functional requirements - for assigned team(s). 6. Serve as the requestor's proxy, as applicable, in accepting US's, to include working with the team(s) to agree on US completion, ensuring the completed US satisfies the definition of done and functions as specified. 7. Contribute to the sprint retrospective by engaging assigned team(s) to review, reflect, identify, plan and implement process improvements. 8. Lead the team(s) through daily stand-ups and coordinates inter-team dependencies with other POs. during the execution of the sprint. 9. Provide Product Management team and Architecture team with insight and input into the development of a vision, plan and roadmap for their respective products. QUALIFICATIONS (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered) Education • Bachelor's degree in any field with courses in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is required. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is preferred. Experience • Minimum 5 years' experience in a technology environment is required. • Previous product or project management/development experience is preferred. • Experience with delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset is preferred. • Previous working experience with lean agile methodologies is preferred.
