About The Position

The Technology Product Manager for Employee Success turns the vision for product and AI into reality for Salesforce, defining and executing a cohesive product vision and roadmap across both long-term strategy and short-term agile delivery. This role requires experience as a technology product manager at talent acquisition vendors or large technology companies with hands-on experience managing ATS or recruiting-related technology systems. About the Team: This team delivers on vision, strategy, implementation and day-to-day technology leadership for AI in Salesforce's Hiring space. They focus on implementing AI/technology for employees first, then participating in efforts to help tell that story to commercial customers.

Requirements

  • Product strategy and advanced product strategy experience
  • Stakeholder management and negotiation expertise across executive, tactical, and operational levels
  • Data analytics and technical product management capabilities
  • Market research and requirements gathering experience in HR/Hiring technology space
  • Experience with talent acquisition technology vendors or managing hiring systems at large enterprises (20,000+ employees)

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product vision and roadmap for hiring technology across AMER region, managing both long-term strategy and short-term agile delivery initiatives
  • Drive technical enablement including AI governance and scalable system operations, managing AI tools, APIs, and technical limitations as part of comprehensive product strategy
  • Gather customer requirements and prioritize needs across hiring disciplines and locales, conducting market research and vendor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage extensive stakeholder engagement, negotiations, and consensus building across diverse cross-functional teams (20-40 people) while bringing clarity and strategic decision making across divisions and time zones
  • Define and execute against key business metrics including company goals and ROI, leading data modeling and analytics to drive product growth and operational efficiency
  • Ensure legal, security, and data governance standards are met as IT control manager for hiring data while managing innovation and performance of product processes
