Position Overview : The Technology Process Analyst will work closely with the Head of Technology to design, implement, and run a Process Excellence Program for the Technology Services team in support of the Braves organization. This function will include process flow design, benchmarking, and continuous process improvement (CPI) using Lean and Agile methodologies. Change Management will be a key component requiring strong leadership and communication skills.
