Kean Miller is seeking a Technology Onboarding and Continuing Education Trainer to work in our Technology Department in our Baton Rouge or Houston office. Position Overview The Technology Onboarding and Continuing Education Trainer supports attorneys and staff by delivering structured training programs, onboarding new hires, and advancing firm-wide technology initiatives. This role ensures users have the foundational skills to succeed and promotes adoption of new tools. The Trainer designs and leads learning programs through classroom, remote, and one-on-one instruction across general and legal-specific applications. They also contribute to IT project teams by testing, documenting, and implementing new technologies, and provide software support as needed.
