About The Position
Contribute in requirements elicitation, creation of application architecture document and creation of design artifacts; deliver high quality codes, support activities related to implementation and transition; interface with internal team and key stakeholders; analyze and resolve issues to ensure high quality deliverables at each stage of SDLC within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.
Requirements
- Application design, development and implementation on Progress/Open Edge applications
- PROGRESS 4GL
- PROGRESS AppServer
- PROGRESS Database design and performance
- Experience in UNIX
- Experience in leading technical projects and Development team
- Experience in working with geographically diverse team and coordinating with developers at diverse locations
- Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbalmunication skills
- Strong technical background and willing to learn new tools and technologies
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
- At least 10 years of experience in the job description below.
