Job Description: This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft M365 Products, Meeting Space Applications, and/or Telepresence technologies.
  • Adaptive learning capability to utilize new systems and/or processes.
  • Review and edit documentation created by other team members to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Change Management Tools and deployment methodologies.
  • Microsoft Productivity Tools (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook/Teams).
  • Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work with little to no supervision.
  • Must possess a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly grasp an understanding of multiple AITs with Collaboration and Productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Project coordination responsibilities relating to technology implementations, upgrades, and decommissions, and recovery using the Enterprise Change tools and guidelines.
  • Work with Change Requestors within EET Collaboration & Productivity and across various lines of business to ensure change submissions align with execution requirements.
  • Balances soft skills, technical requirements, scheduling, milestone delivery of the technical solution.
  • Must be able to identify possible issues before they become an issue and successfully mitigate to keep the project (and personnel) on schedule.
  • Understand stakeholder's expectations and objectives.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with management, team members and stakeholders.
  • Required to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative manner.
  • Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards.
